Our efforts to defend liberty through litigation, legislative advocacy and public education are made possible by donations from concerned individuals. Help defend freedom by making a donation to the ACLU of Alabama Foundation, an IRS-recognized 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. Gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible.

More options for giving:
The ACLU of Alabama Foundation has several creative options for more long-term giving. You may donate stocks or securities, make the ACLU of Alabama Foundation the beneficiary of your will, life insurance policy, IRA plan or pension, or establish gift annuities, charitable trusts or pooled income gifts. If you designate the ACLU of Alabama Foundation as a beneficiary in your will or living trust before Dec. 31, 2006, a generous ACLU supporter will match 10 percent of your gift's value, up to $10,000, in cash for immediate use by the ACLU of Alabama.
