Juneteenth is the oldest known commemoration of the ending of slavery in Texas, but is used to mark the overall ending of slavery in the United States. We are blocking off Montgomery Street between Lee and Molton for our first annual Juneteenth celebration. This free event will have local food and merchant vendors, performances, and free tours of the museum. Come celebrate with us!
