The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) is violating the Eighth Amendment in their treatment of COVID-19 positive incarcerated people who are being quarantined in the decommissioned Draper Correctional Facility, according to a letter sent today to ADOC Commissioner Jeff Dunn.
