SB2 proposes an amendment to the Alabama Constitution requiring public K-12 schools to sanction the performance of the Star-Spangled Banner at least once per week.

Senate Bill 10 would provide that library boards no longer exercise freedom in their operation once they are appointed by governing bodies.

House Bill 24 would expand on the loitering violation in the Alabama Criminal Code to include loitering in a roadway or the right-of-way of a public roadway.

Senate Bill 59 would prohibit a public agency from requiring any person or nonprofit organization to provide the public agency with personal information.

House Bill 35 would require local school boards to authorize the use of the school district’s publicly funded property and resources to facilitate student-led prayer.

House Bill 7 would prohibit discourse regarding race, class, sexuality, and national origin and characterize discussions and accurate supplementary teachings, assignments, and trainings as “divisive”.
