Senate Bill 10 would provide that library boards no longer exercise freedom in their operation once they are appointed by governing bodies.

SB13 proposes an amendment to the Alabama Constitution that would protect individuals’ rights to make and carry out their own reproductive decisions.

House Bill 33 would allow incarcerated people the option to attend and participate in their parole hearing virtually.

Senate Bill 4 would make it a misdemeanor to display an unapproved flag on any public property.

SB2 proposes an amendment to the Alabama Constitution requiring public K-12 schools to sanction the performance of the Star-Spangled Banner at least once per week.
